Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the state of Massachusetts in accordance with local food safety regulations.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days after purchase. During high-volume periods, please allow up to 5 business days.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is based on your order total:

  • Orders under $100 – $17.50
  • Orders $100 and upFREE SHIPPING

Rates are automatically applied at checkout.

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and typically delivers in 2–3 business days to most Massachusetts addresses. We use USPS Flat Rate boxes to ensure your treats arrive safely and quickly.

Shipping Schedule
To avoid your chocolates sitting in postal storage over the weekend, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday.
During peak holiday seasons, we may extend shipping to Monday through Thursday.

Orders placed after the shipping cutoff will ship the following Monday (or next available ship day)

Local Pickup – Plymouth, MA
We offer free local pickup from our residential kitchen in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
Select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout, and we’ll email you to coordinate a convenient pickup time.

Summer Shipping Pause

Due to the extreme risk of heat damage, we do not ship during the summer months (typically June through mid-September).
However, local pickup remains available year-round, including during summer.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at chocolatenana@chocolatenana.com with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product. We’ll do our best to make it right.
